Shipment Policy – CiviraStyle
At CiviraStyle, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. Please read our shipment policy carefully to understand our delivery process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on the location).
Express delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations at an additional charge).
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 may be charged on orders below ₹999, depending on the location and order weight.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time.
6. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a refund or replacement after verifying the issue with the courier service.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and item.
Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Replacements will be provided within 7 days after receipt
Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹150 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
Return Pickup Attempts:
Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
2. Refund Process
For COD Orders
Refunds will be processed to your payment account within 7-10 working days after the return pickup is completed.
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after the return pickup is completed.
